Hire Our Community Centre
Whether you're planning a birthday party, a community group, a workshop, a meeting, or simply a gathering of people who deserve a special space, Mottram Community Association's historic centre is available to hire.
Nestled in the heart of the village, our Grade II listed building is full of character and charm - a genuinely beautiful setting that no modern hire venue can replicate. But when you book with us, you're doing something more than securing a room. Every hire directly supports our work to preserve and develop this heritage building, helping us keep it safe, accessible, and thriving for the people of Mottram for generations to come.

Voluntary Groups / Charities - £10 per hour
Businesses - £15 per hour
Parties and Events - £20 per hour
These prices are for each floor.
Ground Floor
Our ground floor holds our small but functional kitchen, available for use during the hire of this floor. Here you will also find our accessible toilet and ladies toilets, as well as a beautiful mural dedicated to Lowry!
First Floor
Upstairs you will find our stunning theatre room, with beautiful velvet curtains and stage perfect for performances, team building or whatever you want!
Garden Space
While this space is a work in progress, outside you will find the beginnings of our community garden - ready to welcome residents for a potter, to sit in the sun or to hold an event. Soon you will also find Steven's Coffee Booth here - for excellent takeaway coffees to grab on your wander around our village!
